At Sapeape Educación Financiera S.A.C. (hereinafter, Sapeape) we protect the personal data you share with us in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Act, and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Sapeape Educación Financiera S.A.C., Tax ID (RUC) 20612458937, with registered offices at Av. Javier Prado Este 4231, office 802, San Isidro, Lima, Peru. For inquiries you may write to privacidad@sapeape.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the name and email address you voluntarily submit through our forms, as well as browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) by means of cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose
Your data is used to contact you with information about the official 2026 financial education program, to send related educational content, to assign you a specialist and to analyze site usage in aggregate to improve our services.
4. Retention
We retain your data for a maximum of five (5) years from your last interaction with Sapeape, unless Peruvian law requires a different term or you exercise your right to cancellation.
5. Your rights (ARCO)
You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition by sending a request to privacidad@sapeape.com attaching a copy of your National Identity Document. You may also file a claim before the Peruvian Data Protection Authority of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access control and periodic audits, to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data.
7. Transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with technology providers contracted under confidentiality clauses and always within the Peruvian regulatory framework in force in 2026.
